We are looking to hire window/door installers, a premier replacement window and door company, is seeking highly skilled impact windows installers.

If you are a professional crafts-person who is experienced in installing windows and doors in homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles, we want to hear from you. We bring on folks who are proud of the work they do and the products they install; those who are dedicated to working with homeowners and going the extra mile whenever necessary (and often even when it’s not!).

• Using manual skills and hand and power tools, installs prefabricated window and door units, insulation and related items in existing structures under construction.

What We’re Looking For

· 1-3 years of replacement window installation, measuring & carpentry finishing experience helpful.

· Working knowledge of hand and power tools.

· Solid communication skills; ability to work directly with customers and address any needs at the job site.

· Proven organizational skills; prioritize and organize tasks efficiently and effectively.

· Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings and hardware.

· Ability to maintain perspective in resolving conflicts.

· Willingness to work variable work hours, adapt to schedule changes and accept process changes.

· Proven customer resolution skills.

· Ability to be flexible to changing work conditions and assignments and work well within a team.

· High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Valid drivers’ license and clean driving record.

· Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Physical Demands

· The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

· Walk and stand on uneven surfaces.

· Ability to use power tools (i.e. table saw, skill saw).

· Hear audible warning signals.

· Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

· Must exhibit a high level of endurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform duties.

· Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.

· Use of personal protective equipment.

· Flexible to changing work conditions, assignments and hours.

Requirements
